Summer Camp for Kids

 

-Camp is Monday through Friday 

-Campers learn the basics of horsemanship 

-Ride everyday

-Participate in activities such as...

    -Learning parts of the horse by finger painting a horse

    -Bareback riding

-Snack is given everyday at 11:00

-Children may bring a pair of shorts to change into

-It is required campers bring a water

bottle!

-Check in Monday morning to pay, sign waivers, and medical forms.

CAMP IS $450 for the week. A $50 deposit is due upon registration. Registrations can be mailed or emailed. Deposits can be mailed or dropped off at the stable. We take cash or check. Checks can be made out to SHS or Silver Horseshoe Stables.

TUTOR CAMP!

​

NEW THIS YEAR! A NON-RIDING CAMP THAT MIXES ACADEMIC LEARNING GOALS WITH HORSE AND FARM FUN. THE TUTOR CAMP IS $400 from 8-1. A $50 DEPOSIT IS DUE ONCE REGISTRATION IS CONFIRMED.

About The Instructor:

 

My name is Rhiannon I am a certified elementary teacher with 5 years of experience in education, including teaching all elementary grade levels as a substitute and serving as a full-time Kindergarten and 2nd Grade teacher. I specialize in literacy and math instruction for young learners and bring 25 years of experience working with horses. This program blends my background in education and horsemanship to create a calm, engaging learning environment.
